KANZAKI®FR901 is a high-performance environmentally friendly flame retardant developed by the KANZAKI brand for PVC, rubber, and high-requirement engineering plastic flame-retardant systems.
Compared with conventional flame retardants, KANZAKI®FR901 focuses more on the balance between flame-retardant efficiency, low-smoke performance, processing stability, and overall finished-product performance. It helps materials form a more stable and denser flame-retardant protective system during combustion, thereby improving self-extinguishing performance, smoke suppression, and overall fire safety.
KANZAKI®FR901 is suitable for industrial formulation systems with high requirements for environmental compliance, flame-retardant rating, low-smoke performance, and long-term stability. It is especially suitable for export-grade wires and cables, building materials, plastic profiles, rubber sheathing, and high-end flame-retardant products.

During the initial stage of combustion, KANZAKI®FR901 can promote the formation of a denser and more stable char protective layer on the material surface, reducing oxygen penetration into the material and lowering the release rate of combustible gases.
Under high-temperature combustion conditions, KANZAKI®FR901 works synergistically with the flame-retardant system to reduce the heat release intensity in the combustion zone and suppress continuous flame spread.
At the same time, KANZAKI®FR901 helps improve dripping issues during combustion and enhances the stability of the flame-retardant system, allowing the material to achieve better self-extinguishing performance after flame removal and lower smoke release.

◆ Suitable for PVC extrusion, internal mixing, open mill mixing, rubber compounding, and engineering plastic modification processes

1. KANZAKI®FR901 is a high-performance environmentally friendly flame retardant. Please use it rationally according to actual application requirements.
2. Different resin systems, filler ratios, product thicknesses, and processing conditions may affect the final flame-retardant performance.
3. Small-scale and pilot trials are recommended before use to confirm flame-retardant rating, processing stability, and finished-product performance.
4. Seal the package properly after use to prevent moisture absorption.
5. For customers with higher requirements for low smoke, non-dripping, or high-level flame retardancy, it is recommended to test KANZAKI®FR901 together with KANZAKI flame retardant synergist KANZAKI®FS430 to obtain a more efficient and stable flame-retardant system.
